Coach Chauncey Billups Is A Proud Father Of Three Kid Daughters, Cydney, Ciara, and Cenaiya Billups

Coach Chauncey Billups has three daughters Piper Riley, Cydney, Ciara, & Cenaiya Billups. Chauncey’s children are all grown up and have made him proud in many ways. 

Billups currently serves as the head coach of the National Basketball Association’s Portland Trail Blazers. He participated in 17 NBA seasons. Additionally, he played basketball for the Colorado Buffaloes in college until the Boston Celtics selected him third overall in the 1997 NBA Draft. He gained the nickname Mr. Big Shot due to his heroics in the closing minutes of games. 

He was a star basketball player at the ‘University of Colorado’ at Boulder before Chauncey was chosen by the Celtics. In 2004, the University of Colorado retired his #4 jersey in his honor. In addition to being chosen for the NBA All-NBA team three times and the NBA All-Star squad five times, Billups also played for well-known teams. 

During the 2020–21 season, the Portland Trail Blazers head coach began working with the Los Angeles Clippers as an assistant coach. In 2021, Billups was named the Trail Blazers head coach.

Oldest Daughter Cydney Is The College Soccer Player

Chauncey Billups’s first daughter Cydney Billups is an athletic college soccer player. She plays for the “University of Texas.” Additionally, she was named to the Academic All-Big 12 First Team in 2017 and 2018.

According to the News.Amomama, Cydney started playing the sport in elementary school, where she joined her pals to form a squad. At Valor Christian High School, she participated in both soccer and track & field before moving to the Forty Acres. Then, she switched to Mountain Vista H.S. before the 2015 soccer season, but due to transfer regulations, she was not permitted to play as a junior. 

Similarly, Cydney led her teams to three top-eight finishes at ECNL Nationals throughout her club career with the Colorado Rush and Real Colorado (second in 2013 and third in 2015). In 50 games, she earned 26 goals and ten assists.

Ciara Billups is a great dancer who earned her USC degree in 2022. Occasionally, she showed off a few of her stunning moves in an Instagram post.

Cenaiya is the youngest child of Chauncey Billups and his wife, Piper Riley. She is currently 16 years old and will soon enroll in a high school to carry on the sporting tradition of her family.

Interestingly, she has Kevin Garnett, former NBA as her godfather.

Piper studied at the Metropolitan State College of Denver, where she earned a marketing degree. She later established a charity in Denver that helped young females and offered them direction. The foundation offered the kids tutoring for their academic work and assistance with goal-setting and stress management.

Chauncey’s wife has been at his side throughout his NBA career and continues to serve as a pillar of support as he advances in his profession.
