Phoenix and Natalya got into a fight in the ring when Phoenix accused Natalya of being a blonde like herself. After that incident, Phoenix eventually left WWE.

After a five-year reunion began in 2017 at the Hall of Fame when Natalya introduced Phoenix, the following year, Phoenix made a surprise appearance at Royal Rumble; during the match, the Divas of Doom faced each other, and Natalya eliminated Phoenix. Later  Phoenix was attacked by Tamina and Nia Jax at Fastlane 2019, and when Natalya arrived to rescue her, the two also attacked her.
